Character variant for old style "1" #14

The original EBGaramond have the table +cv11 that makes the old style 1 more similar to a "1" and not to a "small caps i".

EBGaramond12 does not have character variants and none of the stylistic sets provides a variation for the old style 1, is it possible to add such variant for both, the old style and small caps numerals?
