Updated the game lobby tab layout +text cleanup

Reorganized the game lobby screen

• separated the play/spectate games into two lists, so players can see ALL games running on the server without having to toggle tabs.
• "Only show installed games" is now a checkbox.

Updated the text on the toggle switches in the game lobby to be more intuitive

Added a simple drop shadow into the game chat to make it easier to read certain text colours on a variety of backgrounds.
