Allow "Undo" #677

I didn't see this when searching the issues on keyword "undo."

Quite simply: A button that performs a perfect undo of whatever last action occurred. Most useful when a lot of triggered scripting has occurred (thinking in Android Netrunner...) and taking back creds, clicks, markers, turned cards, etc. can be a lot of work for one over-zealous action...

To get really fancy for competitive games, an opponent may have to "allow undo" when a player requests since new information may have been revealed. But I'm thinking for 99% of games on OCTGN, players are not hyper-anal about someone taking back a mistaken action if it's not being abused.

Bumping this. Just blew up my entire game because i didn't know what "drinking song" was.
