Endless Update Loop #967

Client is failing to fully execute. It makes it to the load screen which shows the advertisement for "Spoils" Then says "Checking for Update",

A dialog window THEN pops up and says: "Another instance of OCTGN is current running. Would you like to close it?" [ Yes ] [No] "buttons"

Regardless of whether I click yes or no, it continues in its loop until I end the OCTGN.exe process in task manager. I'm running Windows 7 and just installed an update to this program prior to the client deciding to give a tribute to Groundhog Day. I will say I preferred Bill Murray's performance over my PC's.

Hopefully you get this fixed soon.

task manager and kill OCTGN...then go to the website and manually download and install it. That should fix it.
