Upgrade for SonarQube 4.x support

Here is what I did:

• Upgraded dependencies
• Removed some deprecated code
• Rewrote some parts
• Fixed unit tests
• Tests with versions 4.3.3 and 4.5.1
• Moved to version 0.4-SNAPSHOT
• Updated README.md
• Wrote a groovy script to parse and update rules.txt and profile-oclint.xml

I have started merging it. Just one thing as for now: the duplication metric does not seem to be computed on my test project. Does it work on yours?

Yes it does. However I haven't checked if the duplication count computed is right.
