Make --help output to stdout instead of stderr. #5

It makes it easier to use a pager like less or more when you want to view the help (because just stdout goes through pipes by default).

Good catch, makes it easier without having to resort to using 2>&1. I also changed the output to stdout for the version and license options for consistency.
