Add IPCamera Gateblu plugin. #94

This is hopefully a gateblu plugin that can control a DLINK DCS-5020L IP Camera and make it available to the local machine for use by directshow applications.

Please create a device available in the designer for general use.

add into NPM: module: ipcamera-blu

@albadraco May I ask you a question? I'm a newbie trying to use gateblu. To my understanding, if I want to use gateblu to manage a bunch of sensors, I must have dedicated plugins installed for gateblu. Am I right?
