New release? #79

Hello,

I currently do not see any pending issues but quite some nice new features in the changelog. Would it be possible to release 0.0.4? At work we require the recent changes I made to the minimum TTL and as packages are internally mirrored from PyPI I cannot pin to a specific commit from GitHub.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help with a new release!
