Bug: constellix uses "" separator for long TXT records #47

In contrast to (seemingly) most other providers, Constellix stores and returns "" as a separator for long TXT records instead of " ".

Mangle these values to be compatible with octodns core chunked_values.

HI @istr, this is a great fix. Thank you for it. It solves my issue with long records. I see it was merged to master but haven't been released yet. Any plan for releasing 0.0.5 soon?
