BREAKING CHANGE: package is now ESM BREAKING CHANGE: remove authentication type "oauth" that was previously deprecated BREAKING CHANGE: Switch from @octokit/webhooks-types to @octokit/openapi-webhooks-types due to the transition to using GitHub's OpenAPI schema
