[FEAT]: Add support for "required signed commits" feature. #2843

Describe the need

I could not find how to set "required signed commits" feature through the IRepositoryBranchesClient, so is this feature living somewhere else, or simply not yet available ?

If available, could you point me to the documentation please ? If not, adding support for it would be great.
