Adds a basic media type handler #40

In a future iteration all of these handler need to support being overridden - we should be able to do this by manually instantiating a Client Factory.

Closing out in favor of possibly coming up with a more generic version of header augmentation for our users. Also, headers are currently implemented per model through generation.
