Add multilingual support #10

[x] Post loops (like post index) should use includes to be compatible with set_lang.
[x] There should be documentation pointing to octopress-multilingual.
[x] Tests should include multi-lingual features.
[x] Navigation and other YAML settings should support language dictionaries.

This now relies on Octopress Ink's bootstrap for index page generation and multilingual features. Tests are handled by Octopress Ink. Multilingual yaml settings are also now supported out of the box by Octopress Ink. Basically I just need to add a note about the multilingual gem in the readme.
