This is always annoying to do, so it would be good to provide something robust out of the box.

Backport from octopusthink.com once https://github.com/octopusthink/octopusthink.com/issues/51 is figured out, and maybe allow for dynamic pages? Or just select the pages that are already there. Either way, no 404s.
