Update pinned Bulma version from 0.7.1 to 0.8.2 #23

This pull request updates the associated version of Bulma from 0.7.1 to 0.8.2. It updates the corresponding documentation and the Jekyll generated website as well.

I also took the liberty to update the pinned version of node-sass and fixed some minor linting errors in the README file.

This addresses issue #20.
