go through logseq/notion/obsidian/.md/vikunja/other game ideas and grab anything that belongs in this game, drop it as issue with appropro tag

added a meta folder with a single .md file which contains all info from everywhere else except vikunja

now just need to add as todos, and check they don't already exist
