Add README.md #11

It would be useful to have a README.md markdown file, so that instructions could be given on how to view the site that these files build for. Some instructions have been included in PR "Fix link formatting for real" #4, and this could provide the start for this page?

That sounds great! I'd love a pull request for a README.md with currently working preview instructions.

Sure, will have a go at getting a starting point established. I do not have a way with words though ... I am a bit too engineering :-)
