Allow `.yml` extension for `octue.yaml` file #635

Feature request

Use Case

The official extension for YAML files is .yml but we only accept .yaml for our octue.yaml service configuration file. We should support octue.yml and make it the default.

Current state

Only octue.yaml is supported.
