Test PyPI package publishing not working #636

Bug report

What is the current behavior?

The package fails to upload to the test PyPI server

What is the expected behavior?

The package is successfully uploaded to the test PyPI server.

Fixed by adding a trusted publisher on https://test.pypi.org (not sure how the previous one disappeared)
