New Features

[x] Close #28 Frontend forms and associated state and submission management
[x] Improved page scroller
[x] Added very lightweight state management library
[x] Added Call-to-Action dialog component and hooked the landing page buttons to it
[x] Added a composable BasicPage component out so pages are easier to add now.
[x] Storybooks added for all new components

Breaking changes

[x] NavBar transparency now broken on the home page (need to hook up ScrollablePage to use global state)

Minor fixes and improvements

[x] Main component now much more intuitive to use
