Feature request

Use Case

We want to link to particular sections of the site.

This means:

[ ] Getting section hashes right
[ ] Ensure that scrolling the window updates the hashes in the url bar
[ ] Adding the RHS or LHS navigation dots to scroll to different sections

Current state

Some progress made - section components accept a hash and navigation dots are a real component... somewhere!
