WithMetadataImportOptions missing from WatchWindow package #2

I'd love to use the watch window package, but on its own it does not compile. WatchElement.cs:385 references WithMetadataImportOptions and MetadataImportOptions, neither of which exist in the package.

Thanks for the report! It should be fixed in the latest version.
