Why not publish releases for posterity? #24

Given that this project was created with an old version of unity, why not publish an apk so that people can experience it quickly without having to fiddle with things?

I took me quite a few kicks at the can to get a working build. Once I ran it I was very pleased and I knew this was a code base to study. But I might have abandoned my effort and never have known.

When the build target is known, I don't understand the trend where example repos like this put the burden on each individual person to compile the code. It could have been done upstream once.

I've cloned a handful of meta's example repos tonight and as a result I've had to install as many unity versions or migrate them and not be sure if anything broke. It would be nice to have a base line to compare it to.
