in order to test a fresh change to draconctl in a local cluster I need to
run the ./scripts/kind-with-registry.sh script
run make publish-containers CONTAINER_REPO=localhost:5000/ocurity/dracon DRACON_VERSION=v0.0.1
run make dev-dracon DRACON_VERSION=<some version> CONTAINER_REPO=kind-registry:5000/ocurity/dracon
this isn't user friendly, why not create a single `make local` or even bake these commands into `dev-deploy` so we can run a local dracon easily without needing to match versions or supply duplicate registries
