Remove pin on ocurrent to use latest release #419

OCurrent just released a new version, along with a lot of changes that were necessary for us. This fixes #418, on top of alleviating the need to update a pin SHA every so often.

For context on solving #418, the issue was related to the new version of tls: https://github.com/mirleft/ocaml-tls/releases/tag/v0.16.0, specifically the breaking part.
