Install documentation with the obuilder package #154

Is everyone ok with depending on md2mld and installing these docs with obuilder? (there's no way yet to tell opam/dune/the CI that md2mld is needed only for the documentation, with-doc has no effect)

I like the idea of having more comprehensive docs available. 👍🏻

The generated output for the README files needs some tidying up and reformatting (the block quotes and some links are broken).
