As per https://github.com/ocurrent/ocaml-ci/issues/863#issuecomment-1709536503 and https://github.com/ocurrent/ocaml-ci/pull/494, it has been an implicit intent of this project to support all Tier 1 platforms.

https://github.com/ocurrent/ocaml-ci/pull/494 was WIP towards this end.
