Test opam 2.2 #331

Since opam 2.2.0 has been released it would be nice to test opam 2.2 in addition to opam 2.0 and 2.1, given the default opam used is opam master.

Do you think we could use this as a catalyst to remove testing on 2.0 in order to keep the matrix the same size?

only if opam 2.0 is no longer present in any of the docker images or shipped in any non-EOL distributions
