Vendor some repos #21

Solver-service is going to be vendored by ocaml-ci and ocaml-multicore-ci. Deleting pin-depends make it easy to maintain for having a branch that does not have the vendored repos. And that branch is going to be vendored by ocaml-ci and ocaml-multicore-ci to avoid conflict. This is linked to https://github.com/ocurrent/ocaml-multicore-ci/pull/37.

Are we gonna have a ocluster release or stick to having a branch of solver-service that doesn't have vendor projects,that branch will be vendored in ocaml-ci and ocaml-multicore-ci.

I'm working on a new ocluster and obuilder release to opam. For now I think it is fine to continue with vendoring these
