OCurrent is only needed for the tests, and the latest release seems fine.
From OCluster, only ocluster-api is needed (by the ocluster worker), and that hasn't changed since the last release.
ocaml-dockerfile isn't used directly by the solver.
This also updates the Dockerfile and simplifies the README instructions a bit. For improved security, the docker container is no longer given access to the host's docker.sock (which effectively gives root on the host). I switched the base image to Debian 12, which has just come out.
