What legal umbrella is OCWG under? What license is OCWG's work placed under? Do contributors need to sign a CLA or agree to an agreement? The repo doesn't currently contain any of this information.
As a point of comparison, OMI is under the W3C, and people need to join the group and agree to the W3C community CLA before contributing code. This CLA requires that contributors disclose any corporate affiliations and do not contribute anything copyrighted or patented, and ensures that everyone can freely use the standards without fear of infringement.
This is boring paperwork, I know, but it's important to figure this out at the start. It would suck if somebody contributed to Open Canvas and the company they work for sued Open Canvas a year later.
