Save Catalog as ds9/js9 region file

The user wants to have a ds9/js9 region file with the sources of the catalog, not only a .txt

I, Carlo, can provide easily the python code to write a ds9/js9 compliant region file. Please tell me where to insert it (dispatcher, integral plugin ?) and where to write the file.

Then Mohamed could add a command on the frontend.
