Make instrument name in frontend coincide with those in dispatcher. This is the simplest way to make everything work consistently. The tab name in frontend will be exactly like the gitlab project name and set independently (option added here https://github.com/oda-hub/frontend-tab-generator/commit/3215cdcdade7ebd910e81e2f12b143099e7461df)
