While installing having this error

CondaValueError: could not parse '-e git+https://github.com/oda-hub/dispatcher-app.git#egg=cdci_data_analysis[test]' in: requirements.txt

Unfortunately I can not reproduce the problem. Could you please clarify what you were doing? conda install? Which exact command?
