This PR upgrades prometheus-operator chart, new chart is named kube-prometheus-stack.
Issues resolved after upgrade:
53 is closing
Doubled data in some tables inside dashboards
Multiple empty charts fixed
Formerly we used customized chart with integrated dashboards, new chart is deploying from prometheus-community.github.io helm repository and is customizing on the fly. This makes it easier to update and configure Prometheus and Grafana.
