We accidentally faced the situation when some log entries are present in pod logs being displayed via kubectl but missed in Kibana. Now I can't see clear way to reproduce it will happen again we should check if logs are complete in cloud storage. If they are it means that there are some error in logstash or in elasticsearch itself.
