In Czech: Konfigurace emailu není v postupu, funkční emailový server není v požadavcích, ale bez něj si nevytvořím uživatele

Documentation extended with the prerequisity (optional) and description of the option. Also the confirmation e-mails has been turned off in the default configuration.
