A few changes.

• fixed stuff in the config file.
• Using a Python package (rstCloth) to generated the restucturedText file
• Added the description of an addressBlock in the documentation (Markdown and restructuredText)
• Add the base address of an addressBlock into the documentation
• Changed the title of the documentation to the name of the block. (fixed of #43)

CircleCI and local test where fine.

Could you merge them if you want and create a new release

PS: what is still open on the long run

• config option to generate std_logic or std_ulogic in VHDL
• TCL generation of code to test the registers (for Modelsim)
• Python code for testing of the registers on a live system
• ...
