The end character of a RestructuredText table raw was wrong ('+') i.s.o.... #5

... ('|'). However, no warning when parsing the Rest and no errors in the generated output

Hi, Some more small changes. Mostly to format the VHDL and PDF(ReST) and one target in the Makefile to make a local copy of the XSD files. Feel free to merge or not. Thanks for the tools!
