Prefixes in states #14

Clean up states names. Normally the plugins has prefixes like GoXLR.

Then they are ordered correctly (?) and easier to see.

This is fixed in developer branch, however. All of this changes in 2.3 of TouchPortal (rumored). So I want to test this when that version is out.
