Description

Adds an alert for outdated content on the site.

Steps to test/reproduce

Go to /rwd/ and check out the test alert on that page Please explain how to best reproduce the issue and/or test the changes locally (including the pages/URLs/views/states to review).

Provide screenshots/animated gifs/videos if necessary.
