hsluv.org it offers another way to manage colors, I think it could complete the color format selection.

HSLUV is a really interesting format, but isn't a great candidate for inclusion in our tool. OddContrast is focused on the spaces and formats that have native browser support and are in the CSS spec. Thanks for the suggestion!
