Generating a table API for PM.ONLINE_MEDIA causes various errors due to not equal comparisons with columns based on object types.

Solution approach:

CLOB/BLOB:
- use sys.dbms_lob.compare
Object types without a MAP or ORDER method:
- no compare possible (at least not in PL/SQL)
- just handle change from NOT NULL to NULL and vice versa
Other cases:
- normal compare as in v0.2
