Add Jellyseerr & *arr Range Of Services #12

Adds a number of services - all are relatively simply in implementation upstream and don't have great options to display data beyond the hardcoded ports if users have opted into the use of the service (with an exception of jellyseerr)

Tested on my local configurations and seems okay but keen for feedback :grin:

Opted for a single PR for these given simplicity of the services
