Add icon for fiber duplex #17

Adds an icon for a two-fiber duplex port, created by me to be similar to existing ethernet icon.

I'm specifying that it's a fiber duplex port because there exist other types of fiber connections (e.g. single-fiber simplex, many-fiber MPO, etc.)

Resolves #16
