feat(extractors/services): add mastodon service #18

This contains the mastodon service, with the colored svg icon. I tested by changing the complex example and building the docs.

I don't think you can host a non https instance of mastodon, as acme certs are an assertion when creating the service. So the info is https://{localDomain}

The force push is to add the viewbox, i forgot to.

The viewbox dimentions were 0 0 75 79 due the the icons kinda weird shape. I have just changed the smaller one to 79 to make it square.

main There is the example (before the mastodon viewbox was set).
