Describe the bug Quest startup causes potential exploits for low level character.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go directly to area of map where quest is right after leaving vault.
  2. finish quest
  3. receive OP weapon at low level

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Quest should be set up like Automatron to check for player level and location before Vault Tec distress signal happens.

Adding here in the event Bethesda's supposed update does not do the same thing as Skyrim's update.
