Make Repo Public

Let's prep this repo to become public. Some preliminary steps:

• Write a readme/documentation
• Add issue templates
• Solve as many of the integration issues with @odd/ts-odd#next as possible(various polyfills/externalizing packages)
  • Get basic auth flow working
  • Possibly make a storage library based around expo-secure-store

@bdehaynin @walkah this is the mobile work to manage with @depatchedmode

A few other things from me:

• collector vs something that is more "library" named -- we'll still be building the full app in one spot here, and then we will extract libraries as we go / work with partners on that. Mobile odd, odd-rn-mobile, something something
• add a license (Apache)
• we're working in public so not concerned about integration issues -- this is what this repo will be, getting this stuff working
