Description

This PR implements the following features:

[x] Add light theme
[x] Add dark theme
[x] Update fonts
[x] Update logos and icons to ODD
[x] Add connecting animation to ODD logo
[x] Update external links to ODD URLs
[x] Fix event payload spacing when completely collapsed

Test plan (required)

Install the extension and check the dark and light themes by updating the devtools toolbox theme. Watch the animation on loading a new page.
