Add Firefox requirements #43

Description

This PR implements the following features:

[x] Add extension ID to Firefox manifest
[x] Add build details for reviewers at addons.mozilla.org
[x] Add Apache 2.0 License
[x] Remove source maps from build

Test plan (required)

The extension should work as before. When submitting the extension to addons.mozilla.org, the validator should list a missing extension ID error.
